It’s small. It works great. It’s portable. Car adapter is a nice touch. Mine got shocked because I had it plugged into the wall through an adapter. I e-mailed the seller. They said send it with $3 for shipping and we’ll send you a new one. Great seller. Great product.

Update: couldn’t find shipping stuff to get it replaced. Gonna buy another and keep the packing just in case.

I really like this procuct. With that said, I understand why it got such mixed reviews. There is LOTS of interference from power lines, so when I am going down I-70, for instance, or out in the country, I get great results – wonderful stereo sound, no interference – just like it is supposed do. BUT as soon as I hit a big town – nothing but fuzz when I get near the power grid. If you live in a city, leave it alone. If you have a nice, long commute or live in the country, you’re likely to love it. It does charge the phone while playing – for the charging function alone, it is worth a look, as it is less expensive than a charger, and hey – you can listen to the music when you’re not in the city.

It works but the signal is very weak. If you move the phone, barely, it will lose it’s signal. Or when you switch from gps tower to gps tower, you get a very noticeable interference noise (all FM transmitters do this, but this one is VERY noticeable). It maxes out the volume and you can’t adjust it, not allowing to get rid of the terrible crackling sound when playing high bass music. I would not recommend this to anyone. In fact, this is my last FM transmitter. I’m moving on to USB stereo.

This is an awesome little gadget at a great price! It can charge your i-pod on the road and on the quality of sound is clear even when driving in town.

I love that it is cordless and I can even use it at home to hook it up with the radio stations. By far the best transmitter I have seen on the market.

I tested it at home on my stereo and got it to work OK, though only with a few feet of range. In the car, reception was poor and basically useless. Since that was the main desired application, it’s overall a flop.
