This item was sent by the returns center of the Amazon. Its packing was broken when I went to the office of my apartment to take it. I think Amazon did not take care of its packing. In addition, it looked like its not in its original box, because the box was torn and they used tape to replace it. I ordered a new item but they send me not. I was very disappointed at Amazon. I will not order the other items from the Amazon if the price is not so big different from the other sellers.

This item is of good use to me because I don’t own a truck or van. I now can buy an oversize item and bring it home the same day, I don’t have to wait for a delivery. I recommend this item for anyone without a truck or van

…and what more can you ask for? I was faced with the option of renting a UHaul or buying this carrier to pick-up a treadmill, ellipitcal and recumbent bike 11 miles from my home. It held each item which weighed over 200 lbs each. I made 3 trips instead of 1 or 2 because of my roof capacity. This made things real simple for me, and I’m sure it will do the same for you. By the way, I own a 2008 Scion XB, and it worked just fine.

Recieved the shipment but it was missing some of the hardware. I would give the return process 5 stars they refunded my money back into my bank account within 3 days of recieving the returned item.

Travled over 1500 miles to our Christmas destination and then back with this and the Rain X bag w/ no problems.
